International Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven International Sales Executive to promote and sell our graphic design and web development services through social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and other relevant channels. As an International Sales Executive, your primary objective is to generate leads, build relationships with potential clients, and ultimately close sales to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize social media platforms, online communities, and other channels to identify and engage with potential clients interested in graphic design and web development services. Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to expand the client base.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve targets and objectives.
  • Engage with prospects and clients through social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, calling and zoom meetings.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to reach mutually beneficial agreements with clients. Effectively address any objections or concerns raised by clients.
  • Close sales and achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Foster long-term relationships with clients, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and serve as a primary point of contact for clients’ inquiries, requests, and issues.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in international sales, preferably in the software industry.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) and their potential for sales and lead generation.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to clients.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to overcome objections and close sales.
  • Knowledge of graphic design and web development services, processes, and technologies.
  • Familiarity with CRM software or sales management tools to track and manage leads and sales activities.
  • Fluent in English communication and writing.

Salary: Rs70,000.00 – Rs80,000.00 per month
